One or Both Monitors are Not Connecting

One or Both Monitors are Not Connecting

The first thing to check is to make sure that all cables are securely attached.  That would include the cables going from the back of the monitor
to the docking station.  Make sure the monitors have power by turning them off and back on and seeing if it shows any message on the monitor.

If all the cables are secure and the monitors still are not connecting then open your laptop and disconnect the docking station cable from the laptop.
Click on the start button and select the power button and shut down the laptop.  Once it shut downs, close the laptop lid.  You will also need to unplug  the power
cable from the back of the docking station for about 10 seconds, then reconnect the power cable.   Now reconnect the docking station to the laptop.
Give it a little time and see if the laptop boots normally with both monitor screens working.   If none of this works, please submit a ticket to the help desk
for assistance.

Thanks
