Unlocking Your Own User Account

You will want to go to the self service portal at the following link - https://selfservice.pfhq.com/showLogin.cc.

Next, click on "Account Locked Out"

Put in your username (first.last) and then select the domain of PFHQ and fill out the Captcha and click 'Continue'.


Then click continue on the next window for MFA.


Then click on 'Unlock Account' on the next window.
